Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Trab mobile app and website ("Trab", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Trab you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Trab.

What Trab is

Trab is a marketplace that connects customers with independent providers of rides, errands, deliveries, jobs and other local services. Providers are not employees or agents of Trab. The service itself is an agreement between the customer and the provider, and Trab is not responsible for how it is carried out.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Providers may be asked to verify their identity and, for some services, their licenses, before accepting bookings.

Acceptable use and objectionable content

There is no tolerance on Trab for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send or do any of the following:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or bullying.
• Sexual, violent, graphic or otherwise offensive content.
• Fraud, scams, fake listings or fake reviews, or impersonating another person.
• Illegal goods or services, or anything that puts another person's safety at risk.
• Spam, or sharing another person's personal information without permission.
• Trying to avoid Trab's fees, or to misuse, scrape or interfere with the service.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a user or a booking from the app (from a chat, a booking or a provider's profile) and block any user from a chat or their profile. You can see and undo your blocks under Profile → Blocked users. A blocked user can't message you, book you or be matched with you, and isn't told that you blocked them.

We review reports and act on them. We may remove content, restrict or suspend an account, or ban a user who breaks these terms, without notice where we think it is needed to protect other people.

Bookings, payments and fees

• Customers and providers agree the price and arrange payment between themselves. Trab does not pay providers on a customer's behalf.
• Providers pay Trab a platform fee on completed bookings. Providers top up a wallet in the app to cover these fees, and the wallet balance is used only for Trab fees.
• Wallet top-ups are made through our payment partner. Card and payment details are handled by that partner, not by Trab. If you have a question about a top-up, contact us at the address below.

Safety

Use good judgment when meeting people or sharing your location. Trab does not guarantee any provider's or customer's conduct, identity, qualifications or the quality of any service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, photos, reviews, job posts). You give Trab permission to store and show it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for what you post.

Ending your account

You can stop using Trab at any time and delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described on the Delete your account page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Trab is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, Trab is not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or providers, or for losses arising from bookings made through the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use Trab after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
